L9 or SL-9: It is a variety derived from ‘Typica’ of good production. It is a type of Bourbon of the Ethiopian type with very good potential for cup quality. The fruit is an ellipsoidal drupe with a uniform red color at maturity. In flavor it offers special characteristics with hints of fruit jam and moderate acidity, on the palate it offers consistent sweetness and a creamy aftertaste sensation.
